All physical items will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked service and you will be provided with a tracking number. Ready to ship orders will be send out within 3 - 5 working days. Made to order items will be sent out within 3 - 4 weeks.

Once the items are posted, the parcel is no longer under my responsibility. If the parcel arrives damaged or is lost by Royal Mail, please speak to the delivery service provider to submit a claim. However, I'm happy to provide support if needed, please contact me via email.

All patterns are digital PDF downloads. They are sent to you by email, once the order has been completed. 

Each pattern can be downloaded max 3 times. After that the link will expire. Therefore, it is important that you save the PDF file on your device for future use.

All ready made items can be returned and refunded up to 14 days of them being delivered. To be eligible for a refund, items need to be unworn and in original condition. The customer is responsible for payment of the return label, I recommend using tracked service.

All made to order items are non refundable unless the item is faulty. If the item doesn't fit properly, I'm happy to make free alterations. Please contact me via email to arrange this.
